Our Story
Greetings and welcome!
Allow us to introduce ourselves as Anna and Nick Pavlenko, founders of Pavlin ProServices Inc. , the head company owning Pavling Cleanin Co. We have recently settled into the serene community of Bragg Creek, and we couldn’t be happier to call this place our home. Our story begins in 2021 with the inheritance of our first Airbnb, the Rustic Cozy Cabin with hot tub, from the previous owners. As a nod to Anna’s home country of Kazakhstan in Central Asia, we were inspired to build another Airbnb in the form of a yurt – and thus, the Shanti Yurt was born. Six months of hard work later, we were ready to host guests from all corners of the globe.
Since then, our passion for hosting has only grown. We have been designing and managing short-term rentals for our dear neighbors, and constantly striving to improve the facilities and elevate our guests' experience. As a result, we have already accumulated over 1300 booked nights and 400 rave reviews from our satisfied guests by the end of 2023. Even on weekdays and during winter months, both the Rustic Cabin and the Shanti Yurt boast an occupancy rate close to 100%, leaving us thrilled about what we do every day.
Sadly, the year 2021 also brought news of war and turmoil from Nick's home country of Ukraine. Many refugees began to arrive in Calgary with little English, no jobs, and no means of supporting themselves, but with an unbreakable desire to start a new life in Canada. One of these refugees was Nick's sister-in-law, who came to Canada with her young daughter after her husband stayed behind to fight. Moved by their plight, we decided to create the Pavlin Cleaning Co., a business that aimed to provide well-paid and stable jobs to women in need.
Leveraging our experience in managing and cleaning Airbnb properties, we developed our own method of cleaning residential and commercial properties using top-quality supplies and equipment. Our services were soon sought after by the likes of the Bragg Creek Community Center, Cinnamon Spoon, and the Post House, all of whom wanted to welcome newcomers and do their part in supporting those affected by the war in Ukraine. Eventually, we expanded to include Redwood Meadows, Priddis, and Calgary SE/SW, with more and more hardworking women joining our crew. Their dedication and attention to detail have left all our clients satisfied and impressed.
As proud members of the Bragg Creek community, we are always within reach for any of our clients, and we personally ensure the training of our crew, supervise the quality of their work, and maintain close contact with all our clients.
